An initial meeting will take place to discuss your ideas, project scope, timelines, and budget. Additionally, our team will explain the overall process and next steps.
We coordinate our architects and design team to work with you to bring your vision to life. During this phase, our team considers lifestyle requirements, neighborhood preference, timelines, and budget. Thorough planning at this phase ensures a smooth and efficient process with minimal impacts to the timelines and budget.
Once you are fully satisfied with the design phase, the next step is to O.K. the build contract. The build contract breaks down the specifications of the home, timelines and cost.
Next we proceed with obtaining the building permit for your home. This process takes no longer than 2 to 3 months depending on the municipality’s building bylaws.
PWe ensure the construction of your new home is on-schedule, on-budget, and with open lines of communication throughout all phases. The architectural plans guide the build process. As the final stage nears, it becomes time to select all of the finishing materials. Our inhouse team of interior designers, will bring your vision to life.
